Beej Connect lets a technician see your screen and fix problems with you, only after you accept.

    Download and open the file

    Run BeejConnectSetup.exe. It installs in a few seconds and does not need an administrator password.

    Read out your ID and password

    Beej Connect shows a 9-digit ID and a password. Tell them to your technician.

    Accept the request

    You will see the technician's name and company before anything is shared. You can end the session at any time.

If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info and then Run anyway.
