Getting help from a technician?
- 1Download and open the file
Run BeejConnectSetup.exe. It installs in a few seconds and does not need an administrator password.
- 2Read out your ID and password
Beej Connect shows a 9-digit ID and a password. Tell them to your technician.
- 3Accept the request
You will see the technician's name and company before anything is shared. You can stop control or end the session at any time.
Giving support?
Install the same app and sign in with the supporter account your company gave you. No company account yet? Start a free trial.
Never let a stranger in
Only accept a request from a company you contacted yourself. If someone calls you out of the blue asking you to install Beej Connect, hang up and tell us.
