Pricing questions
What is a supporter, or a seat?
A supporter is someone on your team who signs in to Beej Connect to help customers. Each supporter uses one seat. Customers and the computers you look after are not counted.
Is there a limit on how many computers we can look after?
No. Your supporters can help as many customers as they like, and your company can have unattended access to as many computers as your customers allow. We only ask that you use it fairly.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer or payment QR, in Nepali rupees. We send the details with your invoice. Paying online with eSewa or Khalti is on the way.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your supporters can't connect until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted: your supporters, unattended computers and session history are all still there when you pay.
Can we add or remove supporters?
Yes. Extra seats start straight away and are charged for the rest of your current period. Removing seats takes effect when your subscription renews.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Read the refunds and cancelling page for the details.
Can I use the free Personal plan for my business?
No. Personal accounts are for helping family and friends, and for meetings. Supporting customers, or computers you're paid to look after, needs the Business plan.
Do our customers need to pay or sign up?
No. Customers download the free app, read out their ID and accept your request. They never need an account.
